A listing states the seller’s desired price, not the market value. Give us the address of the property you are interested in: we compare the asking price with sales actually achieved in the same municipality, place the year of construction, condition and location in context, and tell you before you make an offer whether the price holds up. Non-binding and confidential.

Not every valuation ends in a sale. Most of the time you simply need a reliable figure.
Price it too high and the listing sits for months; price it too low and it costs you real money. The valuation sets the range in which your property sells quickly.
When a property passes to several heirs, a documented valuation creates a shared starting point for the conversation, before the notary and the division agreement.
Whether one partner is bought out or the property is sold, a neutral valuation provides the starting point for settling the matrimonial property regime.
The bank works with its own lending value. Knowing the market value of your property lets you negotiate as an equal when extending or increasing it.
Our assessment reflects the market and does not replace an official appraisal. Your expert will tell you at the first conversation what is appropriate in your case.
Your request is non-binding and commits you to nothing. Your expert will go through the terms with you transparently during the first conversation, before you decide anything. We never have hidden costs.
A local expert will contact you within 24 hours. After the visit, you will usually receive your written valuation within a few days.

From the official geoservices of the Swiss Confederation: address search and maps from swisstopo, parcels from the official cadastral survey and building data from the Federal Register of Buildings and Dwellings (GWR).
Your data is treated confidentially, used exclusively for the valuation and never passed on to third parties. You will find the details in our privacy policy.
You enter the address of your property, confirm the parcel on the map and add living space, year of construction and finishing standard. A property expert from Suisse Homes CH GmbH contacts you within 24 hours, visits the property on site and then produces a written valuation report with a market value range. Expect a few days between the form and the report.
You receive a market value assessment: the price range realistically achievable in a sale, determined by a local expert after a viewing. It is not an officially usable appraisal of the kind courts, tax authorities or banks require for inheritance division, divorce or financing. Mention it during the first conversation if you need such an appraisal – your expert will tell you what is appropriate in your case.
The market value is the price achievable today; that is what we assess. The official or tax value is set by the canton for taxation and is usually well below it. The insured value corresponds to the cost of rebuilding the property and has nothing to do with the sale price. For a sale or a purchase, only the market value matters.
The address is enough for the request. Parcel number, E-GRID, land area, year of construction and number of dwellings are taken automatically from the official cadastral survey and the Federal Register of Buildings and Dwellings. For the viewing, floor plans, a land register extract and records of renovations are helpful but not required.
As a rule six to twelve months. If mortgage rates, demand or the property itself change through renovation, conversion or a new use, an update is worthwhile. Get in touch if your valuation is older – we will tell you whether an update makes sense in your case.
Yes. Select “I would like to buy this property” in the form. You receive the same assessment an owner would, simply from your perspective: is the asking price in line with what comparable properties achieve in that location. This is particularly useful before making an offer or before talking to your bank.
Non-binding and personal – response within 24 hours.
