Your enquiry and our offices

You can submit an enquiry for a property in any Swiss canton. Suisse Homes has offices in Steinhausen and Liebefeld. Your first conversation establishes the arrangements for your enquiry and a property visit, the scope of the service and any costs, before you commission the work.

Useful documents to get started

The address is enough to start your enquiry. If available, prepare floor plans, living area, construction year, renovation records and the plot identifier. For a condominium, documents for both the unit and the shared building are useful. Your canton guide helps you interpret additional public information.

What a map cannot establish

Plot boundaries, zoning maps and cadastral extracts do not provide an individual selling price. Questions about permitted uses should be clarified with the responsible authority; a market value assessment does not automatically replace a formal appraisal. Explain the purpose of your valuation when making your enquiry.
